We also have an in house audiologist and offer free hearing tests and product trials. We work closely with the NHS to provide equipment for the community, you can collect prescription items from our showrooms where we will also help with any fitting issues along with ensuring confidence of use and any other questions which may arise.

All of our items are fully refundable if you find that they are unsuitable no questions asked, so you can buy with confidence.
