From a hearing problem, broken limb or sprain to an ongoing condition or mobility issue which needs constant management, we have the products to help. Our showrooms are clean and inviting whilst our staff team are friendly and informative. The lay out of our showrooms allow clients to view what they need with ease and navigate themselves around the store without any complications. We also have an in house audiologist and offer free hearing tests and product trials. We work closely with the NHS to provide equipment for the community, you can collect prescription items from our showrooms where we will also help with any fitting issues along with ensuring confidence of use and any other questions which may arise.

All of our items are fully refundable if you find that they are unsuitable no questions asked, so you can buy with confidence. We will never allow our clients to be sold the wrong equipment, resulting in a waste of funds. Our aim is to expand our loyal customer base and we are never looking for a quick sale.
